4. Who we share it with
Only where necessary: awarding organisations and exam boards (including Trinity College London and their regulators; UK Visas and Immigration / Home Office where required by law; universities or employers at your request; service providers who host our website, learning platform, email and payments under written contracts; professional advisers; and public authorities where legally required. We never sell your data.
Some providers may store data in the EEA or USA; where so, we use UK-approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement.

6. Security
Records are accessible only to authorised staff, held on password-protected systems and secure storage, and transmitted over encrypted connections. Providers handling data for us are bound by contract. We will notify you and the ICO of any breach likely to affect your rights.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data; receive a copy in a portable format; object to processing based on legitimate interests or to marketing; and withdraw consent at any time. We do not make solely automated decisions about you. Contact us using the details in section 1 – we respond within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity.

8. Cookies
Talent Learning Centre does not use cookies for advertising, marketing or analytics tracking. We only use strictly necessary cookies that are required for the website and our learning platform to function — for example to keep you logged in to your account and to remember your settings. These do not require your consent and cannot be switched off without affecting how the site works. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but this may stop login from working. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
9. Other
Our courses are for adults; where a learner is under 18 we obtain parental consent where required. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites we link to. We review this policy at least annually.
